7 miles with 10xhill blasts

Ran 2 strides in miles 2 and 3 which felt okay but not great because I was feeling a little lazy and sleepy for some reason on the warmup but once I started the hill blasts I worked up some energy and felt better; was able to do all 10 of them at 100% and felt good on the cooldown back home; some hill blasts measured .03 again but I know I started and stopped at the same spot that I did on all the other ones, oh well...
