8 miles with 8x20sec pick-ups
Messed around at home too long before getting started since I didn't have school today and I paid for it with it getting about 10 degrees warmer which made the last mile feel a lot tougher than it should have; in each of miles 3-6, I ran two pick-ups which felt a bit unnatural but got in a little turnover; I need to force myself to get out earlier over the summer, especially on long runs/workouts...
