Got to run with Patrick, Conner, and Keith Davis; started out easy but the pace sped up quickly, got rolling by the end with a few miles in the 6:30s and 20s and a 6:11 last mile; stayed with the guys until the last half mile when they decided to take off but it was fun being able to run with a couple elites and Patrick; harder than I planned to go today since I have a tempo tomorrow but I should be good to go...
