14x200 intervals then 2 short 100 meter strides afterwards with Andre; did the 200s continuous with a 200 jog rest; we progressively got faster on the intervals as we went; good workout to help my leg turnover...not sure exactly what my times were on the 200s since I didn't have my watch but it was definitely faster than 5k effort
