Ran with Patrick and Jordan; did the first .8 on Belle Meade Blvd then did the 11.2 loop; it was absolutely freezing outside with a windchill of 7 degrees so we were all super bundled up; Jordan started to get really weak right before the big 9 mile hill so he wasn't able to quite finish but he still got in some solid mileage to get him ready for track; Patrick also threw up at about the 6.5 mile mark but he felt better after that; me and Patrick ran pretty hard up the 9 mile hill and then down the last downhill; felt good to open it up down the hill, surprised that I ran that fast since I just cruised it down; Patrick closed in about a 5:20; enjoyed this run even with the weather; went to Breugger's afterwards for coffee and bagels...
