With Andre; felt good for about 7 miles then the heat started to get to me, once again I had to stop and walk/jog the rest of the way; did a total of 11 miles of actual running and another 2 miles of walking; at least I'm out attempting a long run again; even the bomb can be beneficial; long runs will start getting easier again if I can continue them consistently in my training; consistency and mileage is the key to getting faster; I will be ready to go by the time the season starts up!
