16x100m strides; did them in 4 sets of 4 by having a jog rest between the strides until we finished four then repeated that three more times; tried to just go as fast as I could but I was still last guy on the team on pretty much every one; felt like I was running a whole lot faster than I would ever been able to back a few months ago; this is the kind of workout I need to develop a kick at the end of my races; found out I'm doing the 4xmile and DMR at Thursday's meet; did a 5.2 mile easy jog with Patrick after doing the strides...
