Had a good race; improved my time from last week by 12 seconds on the same course; tried not to fade too bad the last mile and I think I did a decent job of that but I know I can improve my time significantly on this course by the time state comes around! I was the fourth runner for the team and we came in second place as a team; I passed Nathan and Danny close to the two mile mark; Andre won again with a time of 16:48, what a beast! Top 30 got medals so I was only two spots away from getting an individual medal but overall, I'm happy with my performance; Jesse Owens is next on the calendar, can't wait for that!
