Ran with Patrick; did a nice progression in the freezing cold with snow coming down the whole run; the last mile was definitely sub 6 pace effort but we got stopped at a couple of lights and had to pay attention to the cars which slowed us down a little bit; still a solid run that I wouldn't have got in if it weren't for Patrick wanting me to run with him...
