Did a really hardcore bike workout that Dwight showed me; it is set up like a video game so you raced other bikers and you did TONS of hills along the way including 2 mountains to climb (the course was called the Vindicator); it was really hard (burned 550 calories in 46min) and actually felt dizzy and disoriented afterwards(probably dehydration from sweating like crazy and not doing any type of cooldown); really feeling my glutes and thighs after that but definitely a solid workout to keep me in shape; I didn't feel my foot at all doing this!
