6x800 with a 3-4min rest between then told to finish it off with a "cooldown" mile in around 6:30; good workout but felt a lot hotter than the temps said it was outside; I can tell I have lost some leg turnover that I had but don't think I've lost very much of my base endurance at all which is good; the team did 300s at McKnight yesterday so I was finishing in front on the intervals with Andre

My new Garmin 220 watch has been measuring super short lately; the MTSU loop I ran today has been measured with a wheel to be a half mile so I am counting as such in my log but my watch was consistently getting .47 or .48; my last watch(Garmin 305) always measured the same loop to be .5-.51; something might be wrong with my new watch but it will at least keep my pace honest...
