9 miles with 10xhill blasts
Got up early for this so I could do the hill blasts on my usual neighborhood hill before taking my sister to practice; I was probably still partially asleep for the first mile or so but did a couple strides in mile 3 and mile 4 to wake me up; felt good for the hill blasts and kept reminding myself to go all out on every one, started to feel a bit tired after about 6 or 7 of them but stayed focused and pushed through the last few without much of a problem; finished with the usual out and back onto Rock Springs and back home, good run...
