9x400ish intervals; my watch was saying either .28 or .29 every interval so the loop was way to long and it had three really sharp turns so you could never get in a good rhythm; Danny and Noah were really trying today so they finished ahead of me every interval so I was third in most and fourth behind Nathan in a couple; good workout to develop better leg turnover which I definitely need! Patrick had to stop after four because he was having hip issues again...
