7x200 intervals with about a minute jog rest between back to the start; ran from the normal starting spot to almost the field 14 sign; did this light workout to get a little more leg turnover before state and to make sure we stay sharp even with the drop in mileage; tried to focus on form on these while still pushing somewhat hard, felt pretty smooth...
