Ran this with Andre; planned on a progression but Andre took out too fast from the very beginning so we pretty much stayed the same pace throughout the run; my stomach was beginning to hurt again near the end of the run so wasn't feeling great; we ran the Voyles course first then ran the midstate course then ran back to the car on the trails to the cornfields; it is always a lot easier to push a little harder when running with a partner; very happy I was able to get 64 miles on the week even with camp, I am going to be prepared for the xc season by the time it starts! I am determined.
