Pretty good workout, went out a little fast on the mile repeat but ran it right on pace (5:40), the 800's were supposed to be between 2:35 and 2:37, our first 3 were a little slow, but you can account those to the crazy wind on homestretch, last 3 were fast and felt good, but wish we could have found our pace just a little better.
