1200/2x800/6x400/3x600
Felt SO much better than last week - feels good to be feeling smoother. Most excited that my 400s were consistent (near the end was getting harder. 600s were hard - 2nd was one hurting, but really should have pushed harder on the last rep - definitely cashed it in - wish I could have kept it honest on the last one.
Still not a blazing fast workout - now thinking about 1:24s doesn't sound fast, but feels good to be consistent, and off no rest makes me feel good. Mostly just fun to be out there and doing a speed workout.
