Hard workout this morning at the high school track and super cold, snow on the track. Assigned a 3 mile tempo at 6:00, 5:45, 5:30. First mile went out a little fast but still good, 5:55. Second mile was hard, legs getting tired and just felt exhausted but still went 5:40. Last mile felt dead, right on pace at the 800 but had to push so hard the last 800, felt awful but kept pushing, went 5:31. All in all a good workout.
