my first and only VO2 max workout of the year, it was a very hard one but a very good one, hadn't had a speed workout like that one since my freshman year. It was fun, it was hard, by three in i was hurting but kept pushing. My stomach hurt the whole run and felt like i was getting sick last night, but the workout went great. Our whole training group pushed hard. A huge confidence boost for me and hopefully will kickstart the rest of my season for a big drop
