I was hurting on this ... and cut it short :( plan was 4 x mile ... but this is what went down ...
2 mile warm up - 17:21
6:45 (2:25)
6:39 (3:00)
6:35
1/2 mile recov
then added in 1/2 mile @ CMP (attempting 1 mile but I was SPENT)
1/2 mile cool down
*probably was over ambitious in my mile times but lead in part to not finishing the work out
