1.5 mile warm up

PLANNED to do 40 min of 4 min hard, 1 min recov. 4 mins where 6:40 pace.

From the outset I was struggling. I felt HOT - like wondering if I was almost feverish? Or was it just hot in the gym today?! By 4 min #5 I knew I was DONE. I ended the workout for 5 miles total.

And I did go to CXworx
