*this is the same run as the 1 I have said is 5.6 miles - since we walk the "cowpath" I decided to stop my watch and not count that .2 miles in the distance - thus giving me a more accurate pace per mile.
It was just me, Jon R and Marshall this morning. Hit the 2 mile in 30 seconds slower than Friday, but after yesterdays run I was not complaining!
