TOTALLY over estimated my hill ability - was going to do 6 reps on the 1/4+ mile hill when I turn right on PL Trail - did 3 and walked last bit of last one. Holy hard kicked my tail. Did a longer than normal cool down to get respectable distance for the day

Also legs are weird tired/sore - from yoga yesterday?!

did about 1/2 Leg dvd afterwards
