Notes
Took another short day to make up for my longer workout. Felt good for it, legs weren't really sore anymore. My arches were sore before the run, but I didn't notice much soreness throughout the run. I did roll them out with a tennis ball beforehand. I finished with about 10 minutes worth of drills to make up for my lack of a second workout this week. My legs actually felt incredible after the drills, but that has faded as time has gone on. I will probably do a medium tempo at the end of my long run tomorrow too.
