Great long, hilly (net gain/loss over 2000 feet) from my house, down to Lake Oswego, around the lake and back home. Included about 1.5 miles of trail through Tryon Creek. Cormac and I got started early to beat the heat, which we mostly did though there was a lot of sweaty dripping going on.
