Since Newport (almost 4 months ago), I've run two 20 milers -- today and 60K at T-12. I guess I'm ready for Portland :-). Today's run was great. Cormac and I started early from my house, over Terwilliger, Sellwood-Hawthorne loop, and back home over Terwilliger. Total elev gain/loss was 2000+ feet to keep us honest. Slow going back home but we were around 8:00/mi on the river loop. Another perfect running weather day.
