Felt great the first 5 or so miles then climbing Plymouth just took it out of me and I started to feel out the line of too much effort around 6:15-20 pace, so I kept cruizing around there with Micah and Noah after I got stopped at a light trailing Jon and Addison. Towards the end of the run I started having some bowel issues and was very glad that I live at the UBH and can just stop and poop there on the way back to Calvin. I didn't think I was even gonna really have anything based on the last couple runs.
