Very good 92nd Street even though I low was messing around a bit. Noah and Fred egged me on to go do a Strava segment that was 1 mile long and I hit a 5:12 after running the first quarter mile at 6 minute pace, so that was kinda nuts. Jogged to wait up for the crew. Hit Beelzebub well. Forever was okay, but I was just tired, then I reeled Charlie and Noah back in on the downhill before the Bitch and Noah sprinted up, and I outran Charlie.
