Notes

10min, 10min, 10min @ LT with 2min Jog Recovery was the goal workout, but it seems that it was ambitious at this current point in the summer with my current fitness with current energy (did that monster Saturday run 5:45 pace for 8.5 miles total between Michelle's race and the 10k Pacing). I ended up with 5:31 pace, 5:31 pace, then 5:38 pace through the first half of the last rep then hit a physical wall and died horribly. It's really strange because I was never breathing hard at any point during the workout since it's relatively slow, it's just my legs got super sore and tired as the workout progressed. But I'm pretty happy with 25min around LT pace. Next week I've got my "break", then I'll hit peak mileage and hopefully my workouts will come back in line a little better.
