Finally starting a program that will really include easy runs

elevated dreadmill to 1.0 for a mile, otherwise at 0.

13 pull ups and 40 dips

tried a final test this morning before run, I wasn't really ready should have put it off a day.

got to 97 (maybe only 90 goods ones, I will repeat week6)
