-Dragon Thrust (lay on floor and raise legs and slowly lower them

-Ab scissors (sit on the edge of a bench, lean back and alternate raising each leg

-Broom stick twists (sit on edge of bench, lean back, roll shoulders and rotate to opposite knee)

-One handed dumbbell walk

-Captain's chair leg raises, bicycles and single leg lifts
