2018
-Goal is to run about 1300 miles this year
-Continue run streak until it feels right to stop
-Started training for the Maltz Challenge in Feb for 3/24 challenge date
-goal for Maltz is about 36min...(completed in under 33min at the gym with about 7 others)
-created a morphed plan to help increase miles and speed for a half in April (this kept me running, but I still need to be more committed to the speed work)
-attempt a PR in the 10K race 3/17/18...(ended up wimping out and did the 5K, cause it was absolutely freezing and windy plus my tummy wasn't right...I did cut my PR by 20sec or so)
-Bought a Garmin FR35 to track HR on 2/24/18
Q2 has to have more focus on tempo and interval workouts
