Notes

Did a progressive type run today. First mile was a warmup at 13:45, second mile I sped up to 12:45, third mile was at MARATHON PACE which is 12:00, then I cooled down at 13:30. Walk breaks every mile just to keep myself from getting bored.

All in all it felt really good. The only hard part about it is that there is very little air moving in the gym so I was sweating buckets the whole time.
