Notes
Very very windy today. Wind gusts up to 45 MPH. I'm just logging this run after having finished it over three hours ago because I took a nap. I'm wondering if the training is starting to make me tired. I took a nap the other day as well. We'll see. I know I woke up this morning not wanting to get out of bed so I lingered there for an hour before I rolled out (was reading dh's Maxim) to to my morning routine and make breakfast. The whole day has been off. I did notice that I was unusually tired at work yesterday plus last night I didn't get to sleep until past 10pm which is super late for me (normal is 8:30-9pm) and then still woke up at my usual hour today. Hmmmmmm
This run was done at approximately 6000 feet which is about 800 feet higher than I normally train (still in Albuquerque) and I could feel the difference the last two miles for sure.
