Notes
Great run. Started out dry and ended up getting rained on. Now it's pouring but luckily I missed it. I felt 100% on top of my game today. This route is hilly and I still ran a sub 13 so I'm extremely pleased with that. I was comfortable the whole run. I love the cooler weather. The rain also helped keep me cool.
I have a knack for running in the rain. I've gotten caught in it a lot this year.
