I rate this run harder than normal just because of the heat. I don't know what my time was or anything because the batteries in my Garmin died. All I know is that I did 4 miles. The original plan was for 7 miles but I was feeling so crappy that I knew that wasn't going to happen. I'm alright with it though because this week is a recovery week anyway. I was just so uncomfortable in that heat that I didn't want to push it. I was dripping sweat all over the place.
