I forgot how hard this course really is. It's all uphill. We gained about 250 feet in 2.5 miles. It's tough but it's also good quality work. I really need to do more hills like this. Hills are my weakness. I'm sure weight lifting is going to help this as well. At least I know what my weakness is so I can work on it.
I got my running mojo back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was worried after my last run but I took a few days off and now I want to run more. I"m back to me.
