I feel so much better now. I was so frustrated after class and I think it's because I can't sit still for that long. i go absolutely nuts and today it really got to me. There was no choice. I HAD to run or I was going to get even more frustrated than I already was.
I'm so glad to be back at running. Now I just have to work my miles back up to where I want them to be wich is in the 20-25 mile range. This is my first week of school plus I was out with an injury last week so I need to take it easy and see how things are going to work out. So far so good. No pain.
