Notes
I had to blow steam off. I'm getting nervous about tomorrow's race and since I'm not going for a PR, I felt that this run would do me more good than harm. I feel better but I feel like I could use two more laps of 3 mile loop. :-)
I did take it easy though because I didn't want to blow everything for tomorrow.
Mile 1 12:02
Mile 2 13:48 (all uphill)
Mile 3 13:14 (mostly uphill about .25 is flat-ish)
