Holy cow! The cooler weather makes a HUGE difference! I was comfortable the whole run and am just AMAZED at my pace!!!!!!! I never thought I was running that fast, I was just running where I was comfortable at! I'm so excited and pleased with this run. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No pains at all today which is good.
