I ran my loop backwards today so I would run down the big hill and get some "speed" training in. It worked. Max speed according to my Garmin was 5.2MPH which is somewhere around 11:30-11:40mm. This run felt so good. I'm glad I went. It was hard to get up off the couch this morning because I was out late last night at the movie after having worked but I'm so glad I came out. I FEEL GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
