Notes
We had a lot of fun on this run. Since we are not training for anything we just took things as they came and played it by ear. We got into a conversation between miles 4 and 5 and ended up walking almost all of that mile just chatting away. It was so nice and I really enjoyed not having the pressure of training. I needed something like this this week. I've fallen off the wagon and have had a very hard time getting my butt out the door. I think I just need to take it easy from here to the end of the year and then go from there. I need a sort of break.
