Notes
Worked yesterday. Legs felt like lead today for the three miles. The weather was muggy for Albuquerque (high desert), foggy, and overcast because of the winter storm that rolled through last night leaving a dusting of snow on the ground. It was just an OK run and I'm glad it was just 3 miles. It was slower than expected but I'm alright with that. I got my miles in this week.
