Notes
This run turned out harder than I thought it would due to the last mile. I started off with Valerie and we ran 8 walked 2 but when I got to the downhill part I just wanted to go so I ran through the last mile. I felt pretty good. After my right hip flexor was talking to me but it wasn't near as bad as it was on Monday when I did the 4 miles.
