I have all this pent up energy so I started the run out fast. The wind was in my face going out which helped keep me cool but when I turned around I lost that wind and got real hot real quick (reason #2 I slowed down a lot today). I'm glad I went out for this run though. I feel so much better. After the run I went to go vote. No line to wait in! It was nice!
