First recovery walk after my marathon. It felt good to walk and it was hard to not run because I want to so badly right now. This walk has helped me get out of the post marathon blues though. I hate not feeling productive and with this walk I felt like I did something today rather than just sleep on the couch. I'm feeling much better. Quads are still sore but not like they were a few days ago. I'm hoping I'm ready for a run on Friday and Saturday.
