Notes
Ran mostly with Denise at her pace. Ran a little different tonight and I really liked it. For the first time in a long time I actually ran the whole hill on Harper and it felt good. I could feel the burning in my legs but other than that I felt great. When we reached the downhill part I sped up and just kind of let things get more comfortable. It was so nice. I finished feeling very good and wanted to do another lap but had to go home to study. :-(
