Notes
This was a nice run. I went out to keep it easy but also turned off the HR monitor because when it's hot outside it just aggravates me. Without the HR monitor I'm pretty decent at keeeping my HR down to where it should be. Nothing is perfect but the run felt very very good.
I did get some pain in my right shin muscle from my ankle to my knee close to the 5 mile mark. I think it's time to replace these shoes. They've had it
