COURSE RECORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wohoo!!! This run felt really good today! I took less walk breaks as well. My goal this summer is to be able to run the whole 3 mile loop with no walk breaks. This is a tough course so I have work ahead of me but I'm excited about it! I know I can do it!
I also did 4 striders at the end.
The pace was 7:10, 8:18, 7:36, & 7:39
It amazes me that people can run long distances at those paces. I hope to get close to that one day. Hence the striders.
