I felt like crap on this run. I hadn't eaten much at all during the day and it showed! I planned on running 4-5 miles but since I felt so bad I did just 3. That was more than enough. My energy levels were bad and I was starting to get dizzy. I must remember to eat and eat well!!!!!!!!!!! Spent the morning studying pharmacology and got involved in that. Food wasn't on my mind and I paid dearly for it. I was good for a mile and that was it.
